RIOT Faild to optimize some images, often when the image size about 9 MB or larger, the following errors are examples of two different errors that appear:
- Could not convert the original image to the desired format! ( even though I tried to select all the available format.)
- External exception E06D7363.

What might be the issue?

The Windows 10 error ‘EXTERNAL EXCEPTION E06D7363’ occurs when a program tries to copy or move a locked file. It may be locked by Windows, your antivirus software or malware scanner. You could try closing all open apps or even restart windows.
